Automation for a funeral home

We have developed a mobile application for the Silenta system, which is a modern tool to support the management and coordination of funeral services. The application is a mobile operation center, enabling funeral home employees to efficiently manage orders, plan ceremonies and communicate with clients and partners on an ongoing basis in a discreet and professional manner.

Project Objectives

The main goal of the project was to transfer key processes related to the organization of funeral ceremonies to a convenient and intuitive mobile form. The application was to streamline the flow of information, automate administrative tasks and allow employees to access all necessary data from anywhere, which was expected to reduce response times and increase the quality of services provided.

Challenges

  • Sensitivity and Discretion: A key challenge was to design an interface that, in addition to functionality, would provide full discretion and intuitive operation. The application had to enable fast and error-free data entry, while remaining sensitive to the sensitive nature of the industry in which it operates.
  • Integration with the order management system: The application had to be fully synchronized with Silenta’s central management system so that every employee could access the current status of orders, the ceremony schedule, and information about additional services. This required a reliable and secure mechanism for real-time data synchronization.
