SalesTracker is a model of effective work of the sales department (SFE), based on a proven methodology of activity management and productivity of sales departments, effective data analysis and a tailored IT system, enabling the management of sales processes (SFA). SalesTracker is a comprehensive work tool for sales managers, managers and salespeople.

We help to create a mobile application for SalesTracker24, which supports the activities of salespeople in the field and improves the management of customer contacts. The application is a mobile extension of the CRM platform, enabling users to quick access to key data, contact history and planning and reporting of trade visits directly from the smartphone.

Objectives Of The Project

The aim of the project was to transfer the most important functionalities of the CRM system to convenient and intuitive mobile application, adapted to the specifics of the work of the salesman. The system requires that users can efficiently manage their tasks, update customer data and document meetings in real time, which was to directly translate into increasing the efficiency of the sales team.

Challenges

  • Integration with the existing CRM system: The key challenge was to design an application that will be able to seamlessly integrate with the existing SalesTracker24 system. This required the creation of a reliable and secure data synchronization mechanism that will ensure that all information entered in the mobile application is immediately available on the online platform and vice versa.
  • Interface design for fieldwork: The next challenge was to create a user interface that is easy and quick to use in mobile conditions. Traders often work in a hurry, in different locations, so the interface had to be simplified as much as possible, allowing m.in. to quickly add notes, photos or locations with a few taps.
  • Offline access and data management: The application had to operate efficiently even in places with poor network coverage. This required the development of an offline working mechanism that would allow traders to continue working, and then automatically synchronize the data with the server as soon as the connection was restored. It was also necessary to properly manage a large amount of data in order for the application to run smoothly.
