A comprehensive and systemic solution to increase sales performance and efficiency.

We have developed a mobile application for the existing system, which serves as a comprehensive activity management tool for establishments that organize care, education and entertainment for children, such as nurseries, kindergartens and toddler clubs. At the same time, the app provides parents with easy access to key information and educational materials related to their child’s development and daily life at the facility.

Project Objectives

Our main goal was to transfer the full functionality of the existing Mondo Infano system to a convenient and intuitive mobile form. We wanted both the facility’s staff and parents to be able to manage all day-to-day matters from anywhere, at any time, without the need for a computer. The app was to streamline communication and administrative processes, making them faster and more efficient.

Challenges

Intuitive interface for facility staff: One of the key challenges was to design an interface that would allow teachers and instructors to handle classes, attendance records or scheduling quickly and seamlessly, so that they could focus on the substantive part of their work rather than on administration. The design had to take into account the specifics of working with children and minimize the time spent on operating the application.
Quick and clear interface for parents: Equally important was the creation of an interface that allows parents to view all current issues easily and quickly. This includes access to the child’s activity log, progress information, photo gallery, or communication with the facility. The entire site had to be designed so that key information could be accessed in just a few clicks.
